ABOUT THE FOUNDER
Alexandra Ramirez is a marketing consultant and creative strategist based in New York City. She’s worked for DTC and B2B brands for 11+ years, most recently as the Head of Brand at Ellevest from 2018-2024 and Fractional Head of Brand at Hearth from 2025-2026. Since founding Nap Creative, she’s worked with a range of clients — from large corporations to small businesses and early-stage startups.
